Inspired by her love of coffee — and the fact that nothing happens before that first cup — we created Coffee B4. The name plays off her morning ritual, our family name, and the size of our household. We hope you enjoy not only our coffee, but the full variety of drinks we proudly serve. ☕ Coffee B4 – Private Event Space Rental Host your next meeting, celebration, or private gathering inside Coffee B4. A warm café setting with flexible service options and simple hourly booking. 💲 Rental Options HOURS- Weekdays 6:30p-9p Saturday 6:30p-9p Sunday 4p-8p If you have any other requests, please reach out. 1.Room Only – $50/hour Private use of the space for meetings, parties, or gatherings. 2.Standard Beverage Service – $75/hour Includes coffee pots, tea, and lemonade (self-serve station provided). 3.Full Service Barista – $100/hour Includes a dedicated barista and access to the full Coffee B4 menu. 👥 Guest Policy Base rental includes up to 18 guests 19–49 guests: additional $10 per person, per hour -Guest count must be confirmed prior to event start. ⏱ Booking Requirements Minimum booking: 2 hours Setup and cleanup must be included in reserved time Events must end at scheduled time unless extended in advance ⚠️ Fees & Policies 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking $50 cleaning fee may apply depending on event condition Overtime: $20 per 15-minute increments 📌 Important Notes Reservation is not confirmed until deposit is received Any overtime or additional guests will be billed accordingly Management reserves right to enforce policies for safety and operations 📍 Coffee B4 Book your space today and create something memorable in a cozy café setting.
